The color of the soup is a cloudy white soup called Ichi-kei in Kanagawa. The taste seems to be quite mild, so even people who don't like it can enjoy it. It doesn't have much of a smell and you can drink all the soup. On the other hand, those who like the main line of the Yokohama family may not be satisfied. I'm pretty close to Strike.
