Kitagata, Gifu, Japan｜炙りや藤庵

This is a yakiniku restaurant that I have been to several times. This time I got tongue shabu. The picture will be 4 servings. Shabu-shabu and eat as soon as the color changes, it's soft and the best. We all ate as much as we could eat. I ordered some other marbled soft meat and enjoyed it. I had the tongue shabu as a porridge, and it was delicious until the end. The store is cold in winter, so be careful.

No matter what you eat, it's very delicious. The staff are very nice and you can enjoy your time from beginning to end. The only thing was that the smoke in the store was so strong that my eyes hurt and I couldn't stop crying. But I can laugh about that because the atmosphere of the store is so nice that it has become my favorite store. I want to go again♪

All meats were fresh and very tasty. In particular, the broiled yukke was a great value for the price. The feeling of melting in my mouth made me want to repeat it immediately. Thank you for the meal.
