Seki, Gifu, Japan｜Gifu Tanmen Seki

I visited because it was recommended to me. The soup was light and the ramen was very delicious. I also like that it's open until late at night.

It was my first time eating Gifu Tanmen and it was delicious! It's also good to have cabbage in it. All-you-can-eat vinegar bean sprouts, ginger gives it a different flavor, and there are various toppings to try. Because the fried rice is not good enough -☆.

This was my first visit to the Seki store, and I was guided very carefully from the moment I entered the store, and the store was full of energy. The order was taken by a man, and I was impressed not only by the way he spoke, but also by his attitude of looking customers in the eye and taking orders, and his prompt response. I ordered the 5-spicy half-chan set, and it was so delicious I ate it in no time. I ended up receiving two extra balls as well. I don't have a very discerning palate, so I can't make a big mouthful of it, but I'm very satisfied with the consistent taste. The bill was taken care of carefully, and I was able to spend my time comfortably until the end. I would like to visit it again and again.
