Joetsu, Niigata, Japan｜Restaurant Myōkō

I used it three times when my parents went to the hospital. There are some parts where my memory is a little faded... The first and second time, I guess I ordered it because it had high reviews. I remember eating a fried oyster set meal. It came with plenty of raw vegetables, and I enjoyed the flavors of two types of fried oysters: tartare and sauce. Very satisfied. The third time, I ate a seasonal vegetable curry set meal in early July. It had a good balance of boiled and fried vegetables, and the fried pumpkin was especially delicious. The inside of the restaurant is reasonably bright and has a feeling of openness, and the customer service is good. I've only eaten two dishes so far, but I personally rate them highly.

Noodles are delicious 😋

I eat chashu noodles every week and it's delicious and I never get tired of it.
