Kashiwazaki, Niigata, Japan｜Yunagi

I had a fried horse mackerel set meal. I was originally planning to go out to eat ramen, but it was raining so hard that I had to give up. Inside the hotel. I'd like to try the sea bream chazuke elsewhere, so I had the fried horse mackerel set meal. Then, to my surprise, there were 3 fries. It was medium-sized and tasted so good that I ate the second slice without tartar sauce. As expected, I added tartar sauce to the third one, but I thought the fries tasted better as they were, so I left out the sauce and pickles, leaving the fries and rice empty. I didn't like the tartar sauce so I added it to the salad. Kashiwazaki. It's hard to underestimate.

Located on the first floor of Hotel New Green Kashiwazaki. Restaurant 🍴 Every time I come to Kashiwazaki, I always stop by for a stay or a meal. This time, I came to Banjin Beach, so I had lunch (Kashiwazaki's specialty sea bream chazuke). It is very delicious in collaboration with the taste of sea bream. I might recommend it. Also, the inside of the store is very beautiful. Breakfast (buffet) and dinner venue for hotel guests.
