This is an authentic Shaanxi-style snack shop. The lamb soup with soaked bread has a rich flavor, and the beef sandwich（肉夹馍） is not as tough as the original version. The oil-splashed noodles with chili oil are incredibly fragrant. The taste is truly authentic! 👍👍

The taste of the secret cold skin is really authentic. As soon as the cold skin is served, you can smell the spicy oil and know that you have made the right choice. The beef tripe cooked in bean curd skin is also very authentic and tastes just like what you eat in China. The Roujiamo is also highly praised by teammates. I don’t think I’ve had much experience with rolled dough in China, but it still tastes pretty good.

Having stayed in Tokyo for 15 years, the mutton dip here is by far the most authentic. The chili peppers used to roll out the dough should be shipped from Shaanxi, not just any chili peppers sold in Japan.
