Found this place randomly on google map on a very cold winter night. The soup base is flavourful and they have many types to choose from. Prices are decent. They have a few types of menus available, buffet, set meal and ala carte. They offer English menu too, which is thoughtful for visitor tourists like myself.

You can order all-you-can-eat from the terminal◎, and even though the restaurant is almost full, the level of customer service is high, which I respect. [How to make the recommended sauce] You choose soy milk for your soup stock, add some salt and pepper to a small plate, add piping hot soy milk, stir, and it's done. This is a trick I learned from a store clerk in Ginza. Give it a try!
