A cafe and restaurant on the 1st floor of Techno Plaza Katsushika. I often go there for lunch on weekdays during the day. If you order a meal, you can eat salad bar, soup and rice freely. The salad bar is especially helpful when leafy vegetables are expensive! There are times when the main purpose of using the salad bar is to visit the store. It's a restaurant during the day, but if there's a social gathering after a lecture or study session at Techno Plaza at night, this will be the venue, so alcohol will be served at that time. It is also a shop that can do double cropping day and night, which may be rare for a restaurant in a public facility. [Postscript 2019.11.28] Last time I visited the store, it was under construction, but a parking lot was built in front of the Techno Plaza entrance. There is a charge, but you can park for free within 30 minutes. With this, if it rains a little, you can enter the building without needing an umbrella. This parking lot has a space for wheelchairs, but other spaces are also wide enough to accommodate large vehicles.

This is the only cafeteria attached to Techno Plaza Katsushika. I use lunch when there is an event here. There are daily specials and regular menus. I don't want to get bored because I have options. Ginger grilling that is always available is very delicious. Salad, rice, pickles and soup are free to refill. That's why I always refill salads and soups. The rice is quite heaping, so it will fill your stomach with just that. Weekday lunch is always crowded and sometimes there is a waiting list. The old capacity is pleasant and very reassuring. There is also a stamp card that does not have an expiration date, so I use that as well.

A restaurant with a healthy and slightly sophisticated feel that is rare in the Aoto area. I've become obsessed with brown rice, and even a large serving of brown rice costs the same price. Even the oyakodon, curry rice, and omelet were specially changed to brown rice. Sometimes the homemade desserts that change daily are very delicious. When ordering a special daily set meal, the price will be a little higher, but the dishes will be a little more elaborate. You can also substitute fresh vegetables. If you order a set meal after 1pm, coffee is free. Recommended for elderly people and women who are concerned about their health.
