Kamakura, Kanagawa, Japan｜Kebab Kamakura

Let me tell you. This halal kebab shop is no ordinary halal kebab shop. We ordered 2 kebab, both with mix sauce. And it was so delicious! Delicious i tell you! The portion of the kebab was so generous and the taste is out of this world. The chicken is crispy and juicy at the same time. Like how? What food sorcery is this? I was never a kebab fan, till I met this kebab that changed everything. If all kebab taste like the one sells here, I’ll be forever eating kebab all my life. Rice who? Shop owner is a friendly, warm and super welcoming person originally from Maghribi and has been staying in Japan for 42 years. Being at his shop makes you feel like you’re eating at your family place. At peace and comfort. Sadly, because we were rushing to other places, we didn’t have the time to stay longer and chat with him. I would love to hear more of his story. When you’re in Kamakura, stopping by here is a must! No, make it mandatory.

I had a delicious meal. If you have the chance to visit Kamakura, stop by, you won't regret it! I would describe the owner as a living encyclopedia; talking to him was a great pleasure. Definitely a highlight of my trip :)

This was crazy good for the price. The kebab was so delicious. The chef is the star; so friendly and wonderful to talk to. He deserves all the business! We will be back for sure.
