I asked for hard noodles, but the finish was quite hard. The medium-thick noodles are not unnecessarily thick, making them easy to eat. If it's just the appearance, it's family ramen. However, it is a little different from family ramen. There is no family lineage in the store either. The Yoshimura family and its direct descendants, the former Rokkaku family, the main family of the Honmoku family and the branch families have eaten Iekei ramen before it became popular. A taste that doesn't match. This is delicious. It's quite salty, but I think it's better not to change this taste. Rich in condiments. I tried charred green onions, but it's the best for strange tastes and goes well with white rice. The soup may not have been made at the store, but it was a wonderfully finished ramen.
