Visited on a Saturday around 6pm. He responded immediately after entering the store. Since I had made a reservation, I was guided smoothly to my seat after giving my name, and was seated within 30 seconds of entering. The explanation of how to order was also polite and not too detailed. Although most of the seats in the restaurant were occupied, the process from ordering on the panel to the actual delivery of the food was very short, so I never felt like I was having to wait. The plates were brought down at the right time without me even having to ask, which was perfect! I think the guidance was great because it wasn't just a specific store employee. I probably won't have many chances to visit again since I was on the go, but it was a restaurant I would like to visit again.
