Hanno, Saitama, Japan｜Brewery & Restaurant CARVAAN (Halal)

This middle eastern restaurant is tucked away, but very elegantly furnished. The interior of the restaurant is matched by the excellent service of the wait staff. They also speak English too (there is also English on the menu). The menu is quite pricey as you will spend a minimum of 2000 yen per meal. I had a lunch meal which is served in the afternoon. There are a few options which hover around the 2000 yen price. The food was brought out quickly and the waitress explained what everything was. The meal concluded with a surprising good sugar-free ice cream from Cambodia. Overall, a great restaurant. A bit expensive, but a great dining experience.

Amazing Middle Eastern cuisine at a beautiful riverside setting. The restaurant is stylish and spacious, set over 2 floors and features quality furniture. In the summer walk down to the river bank afterwards and splash around

Had a great lunch here. The service, atmosphere, and cuisine were all amazing. Slightly more expensive than I’m used to but worth every yen. Would like to come back another time. Kudos for the craft beer, they had a great seasonal IPA.
