Saitama, Japan｜TO THE HERBS さいたま新都心店

I wanted to try a strawberry dessert, so I went to HERBS's Saitama Shintoshin store. The strawberry dessert here is exceptional. The strawberry flavor really came out, and the parfait was absolutely delicious. When I looked into the kitchen, I saw for the first time the stone oven where the pizzas were baked, and I was very excited. The pizza was freshly baked, the dough was really piping hot, and the cheese was chewy, so I was able to enjoy the delicious taste of Italian cuisine. The atmosphere of the shop was wonderful and I felt relaxed.

We had an early dinner for the live viewing. I shared 2 seasonal pastas and 2 salads from the set menu with a friend. Is the price a little higher before entering the shop? I thought, but it was a dish that matched the price (* ^^ *) However, when I asked the staff for a plate to share, they gave me a slightly irritated look, so I dropped one star in terms of service. (That's just how I see it, but it may be different for you personally...) The tart in the picture is a muskmelon tart. This was also very delicious. (*^^*)

Pasta, pizza, and dessert were all delicious. The staff seemed very busy, but they were all very pleasant. I still want to use it!
