I feel that I have experienced the Japanese version of farmhouse music. From ordering to cooking to serving, the grandmother alone completes it. In terms of ordering: sign language is fine (but you need to look at the menu). In terms of taste: the pork chops are not greasy at all, I think it is delicious. In terms of price: 800-900 yen per person can be done. In terms of environment: Although it is a bit old, I think this is one of the reasons why it is worth coming. The experience of this atmosphere is quite worth it.

The grandma is so nice, I can see she’s quite old in age but manages to run the restaurant all by herself, she insisted to give us some snack and fruits when we left. The food is delicious, reasonable priced and large in portion. It’s just what we were looking for, hearty Japanese home style cooking. For anyone visiting the area, I strongly recommend giving this shop a try and say hi to grandma.

Grandma runs this small restaurant by herself. There are not many choices of dishes but the taste is good. The grandma of the store is very nice and gave us udon noodles and Yakult as extra gifts. I recommend the Ginger Grilled Pork set meal. It is completely different from the ginger meat slices eaten in those fast food restaurants in Yoshinoya. It is worth a try as a classic Japanese home-cooked dish.
