This intimate dining experience is not to be missed in Kyoto. Run by the Watanabe family, the food is superb and served with warmth. The highlight is definitely the uni, some of the best I’ve ever had!

The most incredible meal. The Watanabe Family are so welcoming. We loved being able to pick our own Sake glasses to use from their great collection of Sake glasses. Mrs. Watanabe is the prefect hostess and shows you pictures and names of the ingredients you are eating. The son is an excellent chef and shows just how well his father has taught him. Rest assured Mr, Watanabe is front and center carefully overseeing everything but with his relaxed demeanor you know he has full faith in his son’s preparations. It was an incredible meal and an evening we will not forget. Thank you Watanabe Family.
