Reserve the yakitori course. Everything was very delicious. I want to go to Nagoya to visit this store. Return visit: Omakase course. The 8 hour chicken soup is amazing. The sashimi is also sweet and delicious. You can also enjoy sake. Revisit: Extreme hot pot course. The hot pot was also delicious. The dashimaki tamago is also wonderful as always. It's delicious no matter what you eat.

Enjoy the fresh sashimi prepared in front of you😍💕 You can also enjoy freshly grilled skewers made by craftsmen who pound them at lightning speed right in front of your eyes ❣️🥰 Fluffy tamagoyaki made with Nagoya Cochin eggs 😍💕 The soup that has been simmered for over 10 hours is the best I've ever had! ️🤩💯 Shime's ramen was so delicious that it overwhelmed the other restaurants 😆🍜 I also had a small bowl of oyakodon (rice bowl with chicken and eggs) that tasted good, but it was amazing😍❤️ . It was a restaurant that brings out the deliciousness of Nagoya Cochin that even Nagoya people don't know about~😆👍✨ . Thank you for the meal🙏

2022/8 I made a reservation and visited the counter on the night of the Obon holiday. Two of us had the skewered course. A Nagoya Cochin bird dismantled in front of you? It will be done. From the first sashimi platter (thigh, breast, heart, liver, etc.), I was overwhelmed. Delicious! Of course, the 9 types of skewers were good, but the level of melting soup rolls was also too high. We enjoyed all the flavors of Nagoya Cochin, including chilled chicken porridge and watermelon shaved ice. Perhaps because it was the Obon holiday, there were no other customers, so we took our time and ate while listening to the chef's explanation. I want to come back next time to try the Kiwami Nabe course!
