Excellent taste and service.

I went to this store for the first time. It's a so-called conveyor belt sushi restaurant, but Choshimaru is a sushi restaurant that doesn't rotate. Among them, "Miyabi" is dedicated to store development and menu. The material is thick, not frozen, and very delicious. I was especially surprised by the deliciousness of raw scallops, and I got a conger eel nigiri as a snack, and it was the best! Also, although it was seasonal, there were ayu tempura and ayu vinegar rice balls, and it felt like a normal sushi restaurant. You can choose from three types of sushi rice: normal, less rice, or snacks (no rice). bottom. Still, it's a sushi restaurant (not called conveyor belt sushi) that gives you a satisfying feeling. There are counter seats where the chef prepares the sushi right in front of you (adding the toppings is correct) and table seats where the sushi is carried by a belt-type conveyor along the wall. Compared to a regular conveyor belt sushi restaurant, it's smaller and there are only a few seats, but most of the conveyor belt sushi restaurants around here take reservations an hour or so in advance, so in that sense it's really empty. Also, the inside of the store is not noisy, so I think it's a good store where you can slowly face the deliciousness. Also, I would like to go here for some milestone.

I went here for the first time when I heard that it was not rotating. Choshimaru itself is the first time, so I wonder if other stores are rotating. The material was big and there was no fishy smell at all. To be honest, I didn't have high expectations because it was a chain store, but I was very satisfied. I would like to go again soon.
