It was very delicious! There are many delicious eel restaurants in the Inzai (Inbanuma) area, but each one has its own personality. This Kawagoro has a light sauce and crispy grilled skin. Personally, I prefer a sweeter, more robust flavor, but the taste of the eel and the way it was grilled (it was fluffy with just the right amount of elasticity) was wonderful, and in the end I was very satisfied (^^; Highly recommended for those who like a light and mild sweetness. Also, the price is very reasonable, and even though the price of eel is said to be soaring, the price of 3,300 yen (excluding tax) for the special eel is amazing! Personally, I thought that 2,500 yen for the top eel was enough. I would definitely use him again!
