It's like a secret hideout lol It's super difficult to make reservations ❗️, but the food and customer service are great ❤️ Since the chef is the only one working at this restaurant, dinner starts all at once. Even so, the course progresses smoothly. Cheers with champagne, then With wine (non-alcoholic for those who don't drink). The pairing with food is also great, and you can try about 20 types in total 🍾 We are particular about the ingredients, and rather than pure Italian cuisine, our dishes are rich in Japanese flavors such as soup stock. He will show you the ingredients and explain the origin. On the way home, I even received a souvenir of a financier made from roasted almonds used in almond powder ❤️

Even if you want to go, reservations are always full, so this is a restaurant you want to visit before you die! I won't upload photos of the food, but it's so delicate and delicious that you'll want to eat more even when you're full. The wine pairing was also a big win. It was delicious again this time. A charter party at a difficult-to-reserve restaurant that I wanted to visit. Every dish is super delicious, and the wine is the one I like in the pairing method. The abalone, cheese, shrimp shabu, and freshly made pasta were all great.
