I used it for lunch when I cycled around Sasayama where the autumn leaves 🍁 are beautiful. The interior of the shop, which was renovated from an old private house, was spacious and warm, and made my body feel relieved after running in the drizzle (=^ω^) Two friends and I chose a lunch of pasta and risotto separately, but the carefully made appetizer was relish ⭐⭐⭐ The chef himself explained it properly and I was very impressed ❤ The first thing that came was cheese and gut stuffed risotto! Excellent, delicious~👍 A farmer in Sasayama takes the trouble to make risotto rice. And the pasta is a short pasta with a gentle taste using cauliflower etc❤ It's delicious too. I think this level may not be quite Osaka, but I love the taste. . . I had a pasta lunch. I forget the name of the pasta I chose, but it was a flat curly pasta with salmon and mushroom cream sauce. It was very delicious, very satisfying, and a great choice. This is a restaurant I would like to visit again when I go to Tamba Sasayama.
