🥰yummy food
I went back to my parents' house during the summer vacation, so I came to eat soba noodles at "Handmade Soba Kuge," which I've been going to eat for about 10 years. The store opens at 11:30, but I arrived at 10:30 an hour before and got the first ride on the waiting list! I got to my seat at the same time as the store opened and looked at the menu, but at Kuge, I always choose a large serving of tempura soba. Before long, a large serving of 100% soba noodles and seasonal tempura arrived. Soba Juwari soba made by the owner with carefully selected soba noodles from all over Japan The soba is cut into 1mm-thin pieces, and when you slurp it down, the moderately moistened soba noodles will slide down your throat. There is a certainty, and it is already the best to eat it with soba soup. seasonal tempura A deep-fried tempura plate filled with seasonal vegetables. I personally recommend not to serve shrimp tempura here. Today's tempura is mini tomato, taro, snow peas, green pepper, eggplant, fried onion, and plenty of moroheiya. Eating it with salt brings out the flavor of freshly fried tempura and makes it even more delicious. Personally, I like the Niwa chestnut tempura that comes out in autumn the most. After the meal, mix the soba-yu into the soba-soup and enjoy the soba to the very end. I've been coming here for over 10 years, but the taste hasn't changed. Personally, I think "Handmade Soba Kuge" is the most delicious soba I've ever eaten. Thank you for the meal.
