There are two types of soy sauce: the long-established soy sauce with a history of over 100 years, and the soy sauce for egg-cooked rice. I prefer the soy sauce used for the egg-cooked rice in the second bowl. For the first cup, put the yolks and whites of two eggs on top, mix it with rice, stir it in, and eat it. Almost drinkable. It was delicious and I ate it all at once. I feel like I should be able to enjoy the food more slowly, but I like to stir in egg-cooked rice and rice bowls. For my second cup, I tried drinking only the white in an egg bowl and adding only the yolk to the rice. The rich flavor of the yolk and the way it goes together with the rice is outstanding! It's so delicious. I think it would have been better to have three yolks. The eggs are fresh and delicious, the white rice is delicious, and the atmosphere inside the restaurant makes you feel even better. A variety of flavors that are perfect. Good shop. Repeat confirmed. Also, I choose the rice bowl to put the rice in. There are also small ones, so adjust the amount of rice accordingly. One more thing, one of the 12 eggs is hidden. When it hits... I wanted to eat delicious egg-cooked rice for the first time in a while, so I made a reservation and decided to go to breakfast to eat egg-cooked rice 🏍️ It's a popular store, so it's early in the morning? I woke up at 3:30 and ran for about 2 hours 🏍️ I arrived at the store around 6:30 and I was the first one😁 After that, another rider came 🏍️ The store was open and I read in the reviews that you could choose a bowl, so I chose a bowl and waited for about 5 minutes... The rows of eggs were brought to us, and then the egg-cooked rice set, which included rice, miso soup, and pickles, arrived😄 The utensils for breaking the eggs are also fashionable, and I thought it was a great way to eat the eggs, choosing a bowl and then putting the rice cooked in the pot into the bowl you chose😆🍚 The rice was fluffy, glossy, and sweet🍚(I forgot how much rice it was🙏) I thought the eggs were rich, smooth, and had a deep yellow color. The miso soup and pickles were both delicious and I was glad I woke up early in the morning to go 🏍️ There are no restaurants that open from 7 o'clock, and you can get as many refills of rice and miso soup as you like, so I think 1000 yen is a good value for money. When I told my bike friends, they said they wanted to go, so next time I'll go with my bike friends 😁🏍️ Everyone at the store was very kind, friendly, and very nice.
