Good Soba in very traditional setting!

Visited in October 2023. Every year around this time, I go to Sasayama to buy black beans, so I've always wanted to go there, but even though I've been there several times, it's already closed today, so I was finally able to visit and eat on a weekday. It was late even when it opened, and I was the first one there 30 minutes early, but people kept coming and eating and by the time they left, there was a sign saying it was closed. The thickness of the soba cutlets is a little uneven, but that's still good. It's a dipping sauce without wasabi, but it's delicious. The soba noodles are also delicious.

It was the store I wanted to go to. It was rainy season when I went Unfortunately, it was raining, but because it was raining on weekdays, we had soba noodles in a chartered state. Soba surrounded by nature in a house with a thatched roof is a time to enjoy the original taste of soba. I felt it was a luxurious taste without anything. Soba was very delicious. The BGM was played at a low volume, but the birds and rain sounds from the mountains were very comfortable.
