Yakitae's new store is located at the southern end of Shinkaichi. Although the interior of the store is stylish like a cafe, the menu that is unique to Hakitai, such as set meals, kushikatsu, and sashimi, is still available. By the way, it also serves sweets, so it can also be used as a cafe. Ordering is done using a QR code, so it may take some time for older people like me to get used to it (lol). The type of kushikatsu here is different from the ones in Osaka, and the focus is on the texture of the batter, which creates a good balance with the ingredients. It goes well with carbonated drinks such as beer and cola. I hope that our restaurant will continue to be loved by the local community as a restaurant with three legs: a popular restaurant, a cafe, and an izakaya.

I went to the main store to try some kushikatsu since I was nearby for the first time in a few years, but when I saw it at the entrance, I thought they only had kushikatsu at the south store. I came to the store full of things. Before I knew it, they had opened a new store. I read mixed reviews about the interior of the store and the BGM, but in the end I felt very good about it. It's true that it felt strange at first, but once I ate the same delicious kushikatsu and drank alcohol while listening to old school melodies J-Pop covers, I was completely satisfied. It seems that some people can hear the in-store BGM being loud, but I wonder if it's because the volume is kept to match the loud noise of the tatami room on the second floor of the main store. I think. Personally, I think that's one of the good things about it, so I think everyone should get used to it. I will buy the sauce when it goes back to selling bottles and I will come again.
