If you want to eat Japanese food in Kyoto, Sugiura is recommended. This restaurant was really delicious. Although some of the dishes are creative, I like that the menu has not changed for over 10 years, such as the signature eggplant gyoza and ramen, and that they have kept the same flavors. Recommended is sashimi. The meat is thick, the presentation is elaborate, and the variety is abundant, so you'll never get tired of it and will order it over and over again. Nasu dengaku, recommended by the staff, is the best. I'm not sure if it's the right word to describe it, but I liked the sharpness of the miso. My recommendation is the fried satoimo. As the name suggests, it's fried satoimo. The store staff was new and the store had a nice atmosphere. The food was also delicious.

It was so good! All-you-can-drink included for 4,500 yen. The drinks were delicious, and the dry ice presentation and dessert at the end were also great!
