I visited when I was sightseeing in Amanohashidate. First of all, in conclusion, if you have dinner in Amanohashidate, you can't go wrong here. It is loved by the locals, and it seems that it is basically full of reservations. I made a reservation the day before and was able to get a last minute seat. It is an izakaya run by a husband and wife, and the owner seems to be a genuine chef who has been studying Japanese cuisine at a Japanese restaurant for over 20 years. I asked for various dishes, but I was impressed by the careful work done on all of them. Despite this, the price is surprisingly reasonable, and it's easy to see why people love it. It's a delicious restaurant no matter what you eat, but the dashimaki egg is especially wonderful. I thought it was true that simple cooking showed skill. This is a store that I hope will continue to thrive for many years to come. If I ever visit Kyoto, I definitely want to go again.

Four of my local classmates have made reservations and visited us many times. Usually, the omakase course is 5,500 yen for 3 hours and 4 to 5 drinks. All of the dishes prepared by the owner chef, who used to be a chef at a Japanese restaurant, are sure to be delicious! Dobin steaming in the fall and winter will soak into your body! Seafood is recommended for tourists, and the prices are all reasonable.

Seafood is delicious anyway. The salt-grilled lobster was really delicious. I wanted to ask for more, but I was full and couldn't add more. I received a lot, but I was surprised that the bill was cheap. The owner was also a friendly person, and it was nice to be able to talk to her.
