I visited here on the Sunday before Respect for the Aged Day. I came to Maizuru for sightseeing and wanted to eat and drink, so I made a reservation at this restaurant, which had a nice atmosphere. The assorted dishes were made with fish caught locally in Maizuru, so they were very fresh and delicious. All the fish I heard about for the first time were delicious. I was very satisfied with the restaurant's recommended salted raw mackerel, which had a taste I had never had before. I thought the owner's personality was wonderful, his attentiveness, and the food was wonderful. This is a store you'll want to visit if you're local. We also had the salmon milt that was caught this morning, which was not on the menu, and it was very delicious! I was very moved that they even went out of their way to see me off when I left. I don't have many opportunities to visit this restaurant, but I would like to go there when I go to Maizuru again! I recommend it!

When shopping at a nearby liquor store, ask the clerk and visit. He is particular about the fish, and if he doesn't get good fish, he won't open the shop 😳 There are many types of sashimi assortment, and the pieces are large, and this alone will fill your stomach. A glass of sake is 990 yen, and I'm happy with the beautiful cold bowl. The customer service of the store clerk, including the owner, is divine 🥰 I got in by chance, but after that many people left without being able to get in because it was full. Mostly locals, reservations are essential. The only regret is that smoking is allowed😰
