Owner is extremely knowledgeable about sake, has a good selection -- ask for his recommendation. Kushiyaki food is both delicious and reasonably priced.

Danjo is a fun restaurant, with a friendly staff and a lively manager. The food was great and the dake was delicious. Would certainly go again.

In fact, two restaurants were fully booked on the day and refused reservations, but when I called them, they happily accepted me. Although it is charcoal grilled, the sashimi is also delicious.
