Go north on Aburanokoji Otesuji, and this restaurant is located on the north side of the two pachinko parlors on your left, on the 1st floor of Kyoichi's premises on the left. I think the fact that you can eat at this price makes it a unique place. Some people have mentioned the service, but I think they are satisfied with the price and speed.
