I ordered the pork hitsumabushi, and it was more delicate and well-balanced than I expected, and to say the least, it was exquisite. I also got a bite of cutlet and it was delicious. The salads, soups, and hot spring eggs are all delicious and compliment the main ingredients, the cutlet and pork. I had to wait for about 10 minutes, but my mom greeted me with a smile and said, "I'm sorry," so it wasn't a problem. It's a wonderful shop where each customer greets you on their way home.
