More Comments at Google MapI was able to get in without lining up around 4pm during Golden Week. First, you order at the register, your number is called, and you go pick it up. Water is also self-service. The eggs are free-range eggs, so they are very safe. Use 5 eggs, or up to 3 if using only yolks. We also ordered cold tofu, croquettes, and fried chicken as options. The fried food was also delicious. There are three types of soy sauce, so you can change the flavor and find your favorite soy sauce. This is also a store I would like to visit.
This is a restaurant in Sasayama that specializes in egg-cooked rice. Takaga~egg~ I wonder if it will change that much? I was thinking. . . No, I was surprised. I thought it would change so much... This is my first time trying such delicious eggs. Seriously, it's completely different. Please try it. The sweetness, richness, and taste are all perfect. . .
I came here on a Sunday around 1:30pm. The parking lot for 4 cars in front of the shop was full, so I parked in a parking lot a little further away. The shop is not so big, but I was able to secure a seat immediately. This shop has an advance payment system. (Both meals come with miso soup.) This restaurant is all self-service, and you can break up to 5 raw eggs on the table and eat them yourself. (Up to 3 yolks only) That alone is generous, but the raw eggs themselves are said to be precious raw eggs that account for only 2% of the total eggs raised free-range, so you can enjoy the feeling of luxury at a price of less than 1000 yen. increase. There are also three types of soy sauce to pour over the raw egg: original Tamanosuke soy sauce, umami soy sauce, and bonito soy sauce, so you can make your own egg over rice. The rice was delicious on its own, but it was also delicious with the pickles and cucumber pickles on the small plate. The octopus croquettes were also delicious. I didn't pay 1000 yen in total, but I was quite full and I was very satisfied. It takes about an hour by car from my house, but I like it so much that I will come again. Another point to note is that the dashi rolls were already sold out when I visited, so if you are looking for dashi rolls, you need to come early.
