Simple soba in a beautiful traditional tatami interior. Plenty of space.

This place is very cozy! They provide traditional Japanese food and it's really tasty. They also offer a free flow of rice and tea.

We had a set meal of free-range chicken hot pot and tea soba noodles at a very old and nice-looking private house with a thatched roof. The hot pot has a strong chicken flavor, and when eaten with beaten egg, it becomes fluffy and delicious. The cha soba was also delicious. I think it's nice to be able to eat in a place with a precious thatched roof, and in a place that is still in active use. The foreigners I went with were happy, but so were the Japanese.
