On the middle day of the three-day weekend, there was an event at Red Brick Park, so the streets were crowded, and this shop was also crowded. I arrived after 12:00 and waited for 30 minutes, probably because I was alone. The order was a surprising seafood bowl. After waiting another 20 minutes, the rice bowl arrived. The size of the bowl was medium, but the volume might have been a bit modest. The clams were seasoned with garlic soy sauce, which was the most delicious. The horse mackerel was also good with no smell. The seasoning was quite delicious with sweet dashi soy sauce, and there were some available as souvenirs, but I think this is a taste that people will either love or hate. The yuzu soup was also good. Above all, the customer service is excellent and all the staff members are young and cute girls! Honestly, I think it's mostly people in their 50s and 60s. That's what I imagined, but I was surprised to see so many young girls here, even though it's not even in Kyoto. The customer service was polite and not the sloppy customer service that is common in busy stores.

I went there by bicycle. Arrived before opening. It was full so I wrote my name and waited, but I was able to get in right away. The food is delicious and filling. Thank you for the meal.
