I went there for lunch on a weekday. When you come to Miyazu, you probably want seafood, right? I was worried, but I went and it was the right answer 👍. I went there around 11:30, and even though it was a weekday, customers were arriving one after another. It's a really old-fashioned Western restaurant. Full of retro feel. There were shops on the first and second floors. Depending on the food you order, you can choose between the first floor and the second floor. After ordering, I didn't have to wait long and everything went smoothly. I ordered B lunch. Three types of salads (crab salad, egg salad, potato salad), raw vegetables, and one large shrimp with a head. The cutlet is also thick and very delicious. The hamburger steak is also tender and perfectly grilled. The sauce is also delicious. 1900 yen is cheap for that volume. Your stomach will be full. If you ever go to Miyazu, please give it a try.

I occasionally have dinner and lunch delivered for 1,100 yen (without rice) locally. It's always delicious. Be happy and the beer will flow. This is a long-established Western restaurant in Miyazu. By the way, the 1500 yen lunch includes extra large shrimp! Recommended for all tourists! There is a parking lot next to the store for several cars. The plates have a retro Showa-era grape pattern, but the small large plates currently being served are plain white.

Seiyoken is a Western-style restaurant founded in the Taisho era that has been popular in Miyazu for a long time. On the children's menu, "THE Children's Lunch" with a nostalgic national flag will be served. The seats are a little narrow, but I think it's good to have less pressure if you're on the second floor. It became famous for "Tanshichu" more than ten years ago. The road to the parking lot is narrow and one-way, so if you are not used to driving or have a large vehicle, it may be better to park in another parking lot and walk. However, the number of restaurants where you can eat western food that makes you feel like you've traveled back in time to the Showa era has drastically decreased during the corona period, so I think it's worth visiting even if you walk.
