It's finally here. When you open the lid, you'll find a large portion of eel, and on the side is liver soup. First, suck the liver. It had just the right amount of seasoning, allowing you to enjoy the flavor of the soup stock and the bittersweetness of the liver without adding too much seasoning. And eel. The skin is crispy and the flesh is soft. Perfectly grilled. The sauce is neither too sweet nor too spicy, just right. However, please note that the inside of the store is small and the seating is usually shared, and the restrooms are not only small but also have low ceilings, so men have to lower their heads to relieve themselves. Also, it took a long time to wait and be served, and people who came in later were sometimes served first, but that aside, I was so satisfied that I would definitely go back.

I got the one that wasn't on the unaju, but if I was Mister Ajikko, I would have destroyed Osaka Castle. It was the most delicious eel I have ever eaten. Unaju is an image that makes you feel sick with a lot of rice, but this one has just the right amount of eel and rice, and it was delicious until the end. I want to eat again. However, high-end ingredients cannot be eaten that often. I would like to save 500 yen from tomorrow and wait for the next visit. It doesn't matter, but it's difficult to express how delicious it is. Will there be an expression that surpasses the destruction of Osaka Castle in the future?

I had the eel juge (3900 yen including tax). The skin is crispy and the flesh is plump. The sauce was not too thick and had an elegant taste. I eat a lot of eel, and this was perfect for my tastes, and it was very delicious. The staff at the store were very nice and I had a happy time there. I would like to come again.
