I heard that it was sometimes sold out, so I made a reservation. The system was to order the size of the eel at the same time as making the reservation to ensure the availability of the eel. In order to keep people from waiting as long as possible, they started preparing the food on time, and when they arrived at the restaurant, they started grilling it for the finishing touches, so the food arrived in about 20 minutes. Thick and plump! I liked the sauce and it was very delicious! I also love eel from the supermarket, but this was a completely different food! I enjoyed talking with the general.

This shop is run by an elderly couple. The store name has sushi, but it doesn't seem to have sushi, and it feels like an eel restaurant or a hot pot restaurant. As for the eel on rice, you will have to wait about 20 minutes after ordering, as they declare that it will take some time after ordering, but you can enjoy the taste just as you waited. The soup with eel liver that comes with the set meal is also excellent. The eel liver has a texture similar to that of oysters. The grilled eel, the taste of the sauce, the compatibility with the rice, and the amount were all in my strike zone.
