Every year on my son's birthday, I order eel Shigematsu for takeout. Since it is Edo-yaki, it is steamed and then grilled over Binchotan charcoal, so it has a wonderful fluffy and crispy texture. The restaurant also serves high-quality sushi.

I ate a lot of it 😅 Above all, the sashimi platter is wonderful. It was beautiful to the eyes and everything was delicious. Especially the golden sea bream is awesome. I almost wanted a refill💖 The ``eel stick sushi'' I took as a souvenir (the photo is a bit off-centered💦) It was so delicious🎶 I would love to visit again 🎶
