I searched for a restaurant near my house where I could eat delicious eel, called ahead to make a reservation, and visited. The eel is steamed in an Edomae style, so the fat has fallen off, but the meat is soft and fluffy, and it's delicious even without teeth. I could eat it. There are grilled eels and grilled eels. Shirayaki was served with wasabi and soy sauce, and Kabayaki was served with sauce, but it was light and not sweet.
