Several decades have passed since my seniors brought me here when I was a student, and this time I was able to come again for the first time in nine years. My university senior is baking it for me. My senior told me that if the next time I come back, it will be empty for many years, the restaurant itself will be gone. As we talked about it with a laugh, I realized that I have lived through many generations. Whenever I come here, I always order 500 grams. The dipping sauce is grated ponzu sauce, so it's easy to eat. By the way, for 500 grams, you will receive two sets of dipping sauce. This, along with a non-alcoholic bottle, vegetable salad, and regular rice, is a complete meal. I'm grateful to my seniors for providing me with the same deliciousness even after 9 years, because the meat is so light and rare that it probably takes about 1 kilo!? Please keep up the good work!!
It's cheap and delicious, and I highly recommend it. I don't like beef very much, and I don't like fatty meat. I eat red meat occasionally, but I can eat a lot of steak here. It seems to be a part called a skirt, but it is chewy but soft and refreshing. It's served with grated daikon radish and ponzu sauce, so it's light. You can get grated garlic for free, so please put plenty of it in the sauce. There is no set menu, but you can eat 150g of meat with a mini salad and rice for around 2000 yen. Minamiyoko Koinpa is a partner parking lot. It's only closed for three days during New Year's, so I'm happy that it's open anytime. This restaurant is recommended for both meat lovers and non-meat lovers.
