I often order medium and it's rare, but this time it was exactly medium, so maybe that's because the fat was well drained. I haven't been there before even though it's close, so I want to go now. It might be cost-effective if you increase the amount of meat, but 100g is already too full.

The finest fillet steak is quite expensive even for lunch, but it's worth it.
