This time I went early on weekdays, so I was able to sit without a reservation, but I think it's better to make a reservation when I saw the speed at which the seats filled up.

I've been to many shops so far, but the salt tongue is the best! Be sure to try the streak salt. The sauce is a thick type of miso sauce.
