Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜炭火焼肉BUZZ神戸店

A few days ago, while visiting Kobe, I was looking for a restaurant to have dinner and found this cozy place along Nakamichidōri. BuZZ (バズ) is a yakiniku restaurant that uses grilled charcoal, and its meats are locally produced. They have a unique filter system that creates a smoke free experience and at the same time enjoy the BBQ taste of the meat. The staff is very friendly and the dishes are served on decorative plates. If you are in the neighbourhood of BuZZ (バズ), I can heartily recommend this restaurant.

Absolutely delicious! However, no English on the menu can be a little tricky when ordering. Translator app is pretty helpful.

I've been using it occasionally since around 2014. First, if you order draft beer, the mug will be served frozen to the touch. This makes me happy! The salted tongue has a delicious flavor, and when you eat it with the green onion salt that comes with it by default, it's irresistible. They seem to be particular about the meat they use from cows, and the fat from the cows is not greasy and has a good flavor.It's true that at other restaurants, my stomach gets irritated by the fat, but here I can eat it without any problems. Umami, for sure! It makes me think. I used to live near the Minatogawa and Shinkaichi areas, so I used to be able to go there quite a bit, but now I can't really come, so I savor the deliciousness every time I go.
