The other day, I got off Hanshin Amagasaki and there was a food stall village in about 3 minutes! They were performing on stage and it was crowded! There were various stalls, and I ate this and that! I thought it would be cold outside, but Sheets surround the stalls, It was warm because they lent out stoves and blankets! it's recommended!
