Kyoto, Japan｜Hao - Shijo Karasuma

It rained heavily the night before yesterday and the three of us took shelter in front of this store. A beautiful waitress inside handed me an umbrella and guided me: I can go to the nearby 711 store to buy an umbrella. The weather forecast for tonight is heavy rain... I was very touched. Thumbs up for her kindness and sincerity👍! Even though I haven’t had a meal at her house yet, the kindness between people from different countries that transcends interests is very touching! When I went to return the umbrella tonight, the store was not open yet. I hung it at the door and took a photo to share this feeling with others. I wish her and the store all the best! 🌹🌹🌹🌷🌷🌷🌸 🌸🌸

The dining area is spacious and well-maintained. The food is delicious, preparation took a little longer than expected considering it is a Chinese restaurant and that only two more customers were there besides us, but it's alright. The portion size of a la cart is rather on a small side, but their set menu may be bigger. The chili prawns were delicious with many ingredients. Recommended to eat with a steamed bun.

I've had my share of good Chinese food over the years but Hao may be the best I've ever had in Japan. Literally everything was top notch quality... At a super reasonable price! I hope they open in Tokyo!
