The Nishiyama store has closed, so I went to this Shin-Mita store. It was as delicious as the Nishiyama store. You can choose the spiciness of the miso ramen, and there are 6 levels: sweet, slightly spicy, umami spicy, spicy, super spicy, and painful. The price is 900 yen for a cup. Only painfulness is a little plus. Extra noodles are 100 yen, all-you-can-eat white rice, all-you-can-eat garlic chives, all-you-can-eat garlic, and if you think it's too strong, you can also split the soup. If you want to change the taste a little, you can sprinkle it with bonito flakes for a different taste. Gyoza doesn't seem to be on the menu.

Visited at 11:30 on Sunday. I was waiting for a group of 2 people. I ate sesame miso ramen a little spicy 850 yen, pork topping 300 yen, and hinepon 300 yen. I don't like spicy food, but it wasn't too spicy and I was able to eat it. The char siu is cut into dice, not sliced. Noodles are thin straight noodles. Hinepon is chewy chicken boiled in a sweet and salty taste, and the yuzu citrus is quite effective, making you want beer. Rice is free and self-service. Since it is a corona disaster, you will have to wait even if it looks like you can put it in to keep the space between the seats. This can't be helped. It is the most delicious ramen in this area, which is true to its name.

All-you-can-eat freshly cooked rice for free. Miso ramen that makes you want to eat it from time to time. Seasoned plum with just the right amount of sesame. Grated garlic, leek chili pepper, Japanese pepper, pepper, bonito powder. Toppings are also substantial. If you like spicy food, even super spicy is moderately spicy. Please enjoy with confidence.
