Tamba-Sasayama, Hyogo, Japan｜Kamotte

I went on a Tamba Sasayama touring tour with my bike friends and fell in love with it! I am a repeater (^^ゞ The soufflé is exquisite! I brought my wife there today because I wanted her to eat there too. My wife also raved about it and it was worth taking her there. The hot and fluffy taste is addictive. It also goes great with black bean coffee. If you go to the Sasayama Castle Ruins, I highly recommend it. This time I came by car, but there was a parking space for about 3 cars behind the store.

The parking lot was small and small, but the store staff came outside and showed us around. The menu seemed to offer other meals besides soufflé, but since I was visiting after eating elsewhere, I opted for the soufflé set. I was hesitant to order the orange soufflé because it was only available for a limited time. The soufflé was swollen when it was served in front of me, but it deflated while I was taking pictures😅But I was very satisfied. Thank you for the meal❗️

The black bean soufflé was fluffy, warm and amazing 👍️ It's really delicious😋 It seems like a couple are doing it, so it will take a while ☝️
