Had a cup of "Today's coffee". It was a light roast and mild flavor coffee. The master pours each cup right in front of you at the best temperature and speed; true work of art you have to see. The music from the JBL4344 speakers was a nice touch for a moody experience. This is the kind of place I enjoy and like to find on journeys in deeper parts of Japan. Definitely recommended.

初めて丹波篠山市... 素敵なコーヒー狩り Nice floral coffee served with relaxing music by a pair of huge JBL speaker (model 4344) and a pair of normal size speaker (JBL 4312B), powered by Accuphase vintage amplifier. Ethiopia Yirgacheffe 浅煎りhand drip, so floral and sweet taste, not much after taste but good enough!

Recommended for those who want to relax, this cafe has a nice atmosphere with jazz music☕ They will explain the special beans and brew a cup of coffee right in front of you. Unfortunately, the sky was cloudy, so we sat inside, but the terrace looks like it would be nice in nice weather. I entered from the alley next to the parking lot, but I think you can also enter from the gallery on the street.
