Their taste is very close to what an authentic szechuan 麻辣 taste would actually be. As someone that was craving for some Szechuan cuisine, this didn't disappoint. Visit during lunch hour instead of dinner time to prevent the izakaya environment. Highly recommend

The storefront does not look like Chinese food, and it has a bistro feel as the name suggests. And the taste was outstanding! The mapo tofu is not too spicy, and it's really spicy. I went to the last minute of closing, but I heard that sweet and sour pork can be ordered. Death that this was delicious again! The platter that came out first is all delicious and reasonable ♪ I want to go again!

At 11:30 on Sunday, there were two customers ahead of us. A small shop with 11 seats at the counter. I received the Sichuan Mapo Tofu Set for ¥950. Comes with earthen pot mapo tofu, appetizers (green beans with sesame, vermicelli, zha cai), soup, and white rice. Contrary to its clear appearance, the soup is a bit rich with a lot of broth from the tendon meat. Mapo tofu is authentic Sichuan with a strong pepper aroma and is medium spicy. The tofu has been simmered first, so the flavor is soaked through to the inside. It goes great with rice. It's a cost-effective set. If you want to eat a hearty portion of mapo tofu, you can have it with a large serving or rice. I was able to use Paypal.
