There is a souvenir shop and a restaurant in the back. I visited for lunch, but it was surprisingly (excuse me) delicious. Soba soup and mackerel sushi were delicious.

On rainy days, the moss-covered Monzeki in northern Kyoto immediately comes to mind. Not only are there few tourists, but the dazzling light on the moss and the sound of raindrops make you feel like you're in a vacuum. At the end of this spring, when the cherry blossoms are almost over, you can sit by the window of this restaurant and enjoy a relaxing meal while looking at a mountain like Mt. Miwa covered in rain. It's a place. It's a restaurant for groups, so you might feel uncomfortable at times, but it's charming, and you can create your own world while looking out. The Omiyasu Gozen is a must-try.
