Kobe, Hyogo, Japan｜NAGATA-MINAMI-SHOKUDO

I went to Nagata Minami Shokudo for the first time in a while. I love salmon and eat it 90% of the time. Occasionally I eat saury fish or other fish, but salmon that has been grilled slowly enough that you can chew the small bones is delicious. Sometimes it's too salty though. Tamagoyaki is also delicious, but quantity is limited. It's a little sad that there aren't as many stir-fried vegetables as there used to be. However, this time I received a discount ticket that I can use from next time onwards, so I will be coming back for the salmon.

It feels more delicious than other restaurants in the same series, and it's easy to park on the same site as Aeon.

I love that there are so many types of side dishes. It's also great that Aeon and the parking lot are shared, so it's easy to park your car.
